FREE STANDARD Shipping for orders over 1200 nis.

At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email. We do not ship on Friday, Saturdays (because it’s Shabbat in Israel) and/or nationally observed Israeli holidays. Paid orders are formed and sent within a week.

International delivery time is 10-45 days. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the delay of parcels, it depends entirely on the work of the postal services. We hope that your order will reach you in time!

Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order number via 17TRACK Mobile Application or Israel Post website.

If the parcel is returned back due to client's fault (didn’t pick it up at the post office - and it was sent back, unclaimed), the order is considered canceled and in order to still receive it, client need to pay for delivery by mail a second time.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for parcels lost in the mail.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns or refunds once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
 

There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in the following situations:

 

– You change your mind about an item;

 

– You bought an item by mistake;

 

– You do not have sufficient expertise to use an item;
